ImagePro® Super is perfect in most climate temperature conditions with the exception of high humid areas where ImagePro® Red is the preferred photo resist. The pliable quality of ImagePro® Super makes it an ideal product when working on curved surfaces and sandcarving in cool, dry temperatures. Furthermore, ImagePro® Super requires no blotting, which makes the entire process that much more efficient.

SBX liquid resist emulsion is a product which can be blade-coated or sprayed directly on a variety of surfaces for general and detailed imaging applications. The resist mil thickness can be easily controlled by the amount of SBX applied on the object which provides you with custom blast depth possibilities for maximum creative expression.

After the emulsion has dried to a rubbery, transparent finish, a positive of the artwork is placed firmly on the emulsion by means of a vacuum frame or weighted piece of glass. The positive and emulsion are exposed to an ultraviolet light source (anything from the sun, inexpensive black fluorescents to more sophisticated mercury vapor and metal halide lights) and then washed or developed with a pressure washer at 400-1000 psi using regular water. After full image development, the object is allowed to dry before blasting begins. SBX yields excellent results for the discriminating sandblaster and can be easily processed in-house.

Resist Remover
Resist Remover is a safe chemical which easily and effectively removes the sandblast mask created by the PhotoBrasive product line. It eliminates time spent scraping and the risk of scratching detailed work.

B.A.T. (Blastable Adhesive Tape)
B.A.T., developed for the decorative sandcarving industry, is a water soluble sandblastable adhesive that has been coated onto a special transfer paper. B.A.T. can be applied either to your substrate or directly to the photoresist film. B.A.T. does not require multiple spraying or brushing adhesive applications and drying times. One application of B.A.T. does the job!

Liquid Adhesive
PhotoBrasive liquid adhesive is a water-soluble adhesive that can be applied by brushing or spraying it directly on the object to be etched. Using a foam brush, simply apply a thin coat of adhesive to your object, adhere your photoresist mask and sandblast.
